At the end of 2010 BlueLink Foundation (Bulgaria) and ZaMirNet (Croatia) began to implement the project "Information Technologies for European Citizens at Community Level - Harnessing the Worldwide Net for Local Actions" funded by "Europe for Citizens" Programme.
